Formcase is a German manufacturer of the strongest charging cases and charging trolleys. Founded in 2015, the company based in Nattheim (Germany) is now one of the leading companies in the mobile IT sector for multipad charging solutions. The products are manufactured at our site in southern Germany.

Our journey began in 2015 with a vision. Our founders, Jim and Joachim Laub, had a vision to revolutionize digital education and make a difference. With a lot of enthusiasm and determination, they started building their company from scratch.
In the early days, we focused on developing the first prototype. With a high level of commitment and the goal of providing real value to our customers, we quickly made a name for ourselves in the industry.
Over the years, we have expanded our product range, entered new markets and continued to develop. We have worked closely with our customers to better understand their needs and challenges and provide customized solutions.

The Formcase case can be used for a wide range of applications in OEM, B2B and B2B industries as well. Formcase cases provide total protection to equipment carried in medical and hi-tech industries (measurement, laser, etc.), as well as military and government law enforcement, nautical, outdoor, imaging, broadcasting, and many other applications.
Our R&D department has developed an enhanced compound Ttx01®, still based on pp, but with high-performance resins added. Ttx01® makes the HPRC shell thinner and more elastic, increasing shockproofing and lightweighting. Moreover, Formcase cases are acid, scratch, corrosion, and dust-proof, resistant to extreme weather conditions and temperature changes (products are tested from – 40°C to 80°C), and watertight. Last but not least, all Formcase cases are 100% recyclable.
In addition, each customer receives an unwaveringly individualized approach from our technical department. Our flagship are brand-new projects or customized versions of already-existing products. Ad hoc colors, printing, adhesives, foam inlays (die cut, water cut, milled, moulded), thermoformed inlays, lid panels and organizers, extra working on the cases shell (holes, external applications) are just some of the customizations our machinery can do.
